Athletes will learn and explore different approaches and skills related to Acrobatics. Athletes in this class will also expand on their flexibility accommodating to both gymnastics and dance. This 1 hour class is great for current and future gymnasts and dancers!

This is a fun filled interactive class that is coach lead but does require participation from the parent as well. Athletes will learn with your child through drills that include hand eye coordination, balance, body awareness & coordination. 1 parent per athlete.
Victoria & El Campo! Introduction to competitive cheer-cheer terminology, counting music, stunt drills, understanding formations, jumps, standing and running tumbling skills that would be in a routine, etc. This program is great for athletes looking into our competitive cheerleading program Full Force Offers!
