Tiny Trainers
· Ages 3 (potty trained) -5 years old
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Great class for beginners
· A taste of everything we offer including tumbling, trampoline & gymnastics
· Proper technique & execution of all beginning tumbling skills
· Focus on balance, motor skills, coordination & body control

Cheer Prep
· Seasonal class used to ready athletes preparing for school cheer tryouts (January-March/April)
· Motions, spirting, voice projection, jumps, cheer technique, dance, & tryout readiness
· Not a tumbling class
· Junior High & High School Students ONLY

(GET READY FOR SCHOOL CHEER TRYOUTS, BE PREPARED & CONFIDENT!)
Mommy/Daddy/Me
· Interactive class with your child
· Coach Lead but interaction required & mandatory by a parent
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Learn with your child through drills that include hand eye coordination, balance, body awareness & coordination
· One adult per child please
Non-Comp Cheer
Our non-comp program is designed for athletes ages 4 through 8th grade who are looking to learn the beginner skills for competitive all-star cheerleading.
· Understanding sections of a cheer routine
· Begin learning cheer terminology and how to count music
· Working on stunt drills to create strong basing/flyer technique
· Understanding formations and proper way to move throughout a routine
· Teach the correct approach/technique for beginner to elite cheer jumps
· Standing/running tumbling passes that would be in a competitive cheer routine
· End of session performances to be held in December & May in full uniform
Tumbling I
· Ages 6 and up
· No experience or skills are required for this class
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Beginners class
· Proper technique & execution will be taught for beginner tumbling skills
· Class split by age as well
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated to parents through the Parent Portal
· Coach to athlete ratio will not exceed 1:7
· Boys & girls
Tumbling II
· Ages 6 and up (some exceptions may be made due to skill level)
· Requirement for class is a running roundoff back handspring & a standing back handspring (aka flip flop)
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Approval for class is required by coaches/staff
· Faster paced class due to tumbling requirements; proper technique & execution will be taught
· Class will also be split by age
· Progression program will be monitored and communicated to parents through the Parent Portal
· Coach to athlete ratio will not exceed 1:7
· Boys & girls
Tumbling III
· Ages 6 and up (some exception may be made due to skill level)
· Requirement for class is a running roundoff back handspring back tuck & a standing back handspring series
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Approval for class is required by coaches/staff
· Fast paced class
· Class will be split by age if applicable
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated to parents through the Parent Portal
· Coach to athlete ration will not exceed 1:8

Tumbling IV and Up
· Ages 6 and up (some exceptions may be made due to skill level)
· Requirement for class is a running roundoff back handspring layout & a standing back tuck or standing series to a tuck
· Approval for class is required by coaches/staff
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated to parents through the Parent Portal
· Coach to athlete ration will not exceed 1:8

Gymnastics I
· Beginner introduction into Gymnastics; no experience needed
· Ages 6 & up
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Basic introduction to all gymnastics apparatuses; floor, vault, bars & beam
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated with parents
· Proper technique & execution of all beginner gymnastics skills
· Coach to child ratio is 1:6
· Boys & girls
Gymnastics II
· Intermediate class for all gymnastics apparatuses; must be approved or at a level 10 on the Full Force progression program to be enrolled in this class
· Ages 6 & up; class groups split by age and skill level
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated with parents.
· Proper technique & execution of all gymnastics skills
· Body control, flexibility & strength conditioning
· Coach to child ration is 1:6
· Boys & girls
Gymnastics III
· Advanced class for athletes looking to enter into competitive gymnastics; must be approved or at a level 20 on the Full Force progression program to be enrolled in the class. Additional training hours may be suggested.
· Ages 6 & up; class groups split by age and skill level
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated with parents
· Technique & execution of gymnastics skills will be taught
· Class considered a feeder class for the Full Force competitive gymnastics program
· Coach to child ratio is 1:6
· Boys & girls
Developmental Gymnastics Team
· 2-4 hours per week
· Pre-team for the Junior Olympic Gymnastics program
· Admittance to class must be coach approved
Competitive Teams also available
Trampoline I
· Beginner introduction into trampoline; no experience is necessary
· Ages 6 & up
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Basic introduction into all trampoline safety rules & beginner skills
· Proper technique & execution will be taught while learning air awareness
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated with parents
· Coach to athlete ratio is 1:6
· Boys & girls
Trampoline II
· Intermediate class for trampoline and power tumbling skills; must be approved or at a level 10 on the Full Force progression program to be enrolled in this class
· Ages 6 and up; class groups split by age and skill level
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated with parents.
· Technique, safety, execution & conditioning will be mastered
· Coach to child ratio is 1:6
· Boys & girls
Trampoline III
· Advanced class for trampoline & power tumbling skills; must be approved or at a level 20 on the Full Force progression program to be enrolled in this class. Additional training hours may be suggested.
· Ages 6 and up; class groups split by age & skill level
· $75 per month; one hour per week
· Progression program will be monitored & communicated with parents.
· Technique, safety, execution & conditioning will be mastered through power tumbling & trampoline skills

· Class considered a feeder class for the Full Force TNT competitive program

These highly competitive programs are some of the most dynamic sports in the world. These competitive programs encompass children from the ages of 4-19 at all skill levels. Our programs at Full Force can take your athlete to the most elite level of the sport they choose. These three competitive programs have tremendous benefits. They are “all body” sports that develop strength, kinesthetics & haptic awareness, muscle memory, flexibility, depth perception, socialization, discipline, prioritization, organization, internal motivation, mental strength, respect, & the list goes on. The amazing life lesson brought to your athlete from our environment & coaching staff are undeniably the number one reason parents choose our competitive sports. These sports become a way of life & once you commit to it, it’s a part of you, it’s in your blood. The team instills a sense of confidence, purpose & duty because the athlete works for him/herself & for the best of the team. The feeling of accomplishment is a wonderful thing for a child & young athlete.

Each program has a different time frame for their season; therefore, it is important to communicate your interest with our front office.
